Our bodies are works of art, designed to think, feel, move, adapt, and learn with the environment around us.  Mindful movement fitness like Pilates, is a great self-care practice blending thought, awareness & sensation with fun physical movement.

We bring thoughtful awareness to our practice so that we can support the desired movements which are intended to bring results.  Bringing the awareness inward allows us to feel the sensation so that we tune in with our body and less so with just thoughts, or thoughts that may not be supporting us at that moment.
