Connecting Together

Enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and the beautiful surroundings of nature as we socialize together through various activities. During the months of July to September POP Pilates – Pilates On Purpose for all levels are movement sessions held outdoors in the park. Various fun workout sessions to support and tease our minds while moving our bodies. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle!

Creating Experiences

Take advantage of our summer months and join Pilates GALS on Paddle boards. An amazing water fitness experience for people of all skill levels. Do sitting or standing positions based on your comfort and joy. You’ll be led by a wellness enthusiast and Pilates instructor who will teach you how to paddle using your abdominal core so it’s less tiring for the arms and shoulders. Bring your fun and your sunscreen!

Conversing Creation

What topic interests you? What has you asking questions? What gives you joy? What sparks an idea? Bring your fun energy to share your celebrations in the posts. Your curious energy, trusting energy and inspiring energy has a ripple effect to everyone in our community. I invite you to converse.
