A daily countdown for creating wellness to feel calm, serene, grounded, energized, and gleeful this holiday season.

By engaging our senses from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, our daily interactions will spark our senses, imagination and carefree-being, easily bonding and relating. Personal care that allows you to slow down, turn inward and support your mind, body and spirit to feel more at ease, relaxed, playful and upbeat.
