Mindful movement pilates matwork strong women

(Strong Beginner level) For the active fitness lover who desires that little extra “push” or support to achieve a personal goal like a 10km run, or simply releasing some pent up stress. This moderate paced class will have you feeling your muscles, moving your spine in all planes, challenging your coordination and balance.

Small equipment: 1lb-2lb hand weight, 5ft-6ft length medium to light resistance band, small head cushion or pillow, yoga mat
